Is the development of my baby at 42 days standard?

Patient's question:

2-day-old baby girl; born; weight 2.4 kg, height 47 cm; at 41 days, weight check shows 3.5 kg, height 52 cm; previous treatment history and effectiveness: has taken probiotics. What kind of help is needed: want to know how to be normal

Doctor's answer:

According to your description, the baby was born with low weight and short stature, but now everything is normal. Advice:
1. It is recommended to take calcium supplements, such as oral calcium gluconate, with a one-hour interval from feeding; vitamin A and D, to enhance calcium absorption.
2. Blood tests, such as a complete blood count, can be conducted to check for anemia, as small infants may experience physiological anemia at 2–3 months of age. If anemia is detected, iron supplements, folic acid, and vitamin E can be administered.
Doctor's inquiry: Shouldn't the baby have already started taking vitamin A and D and calcium supplements at 14 days after birth? Have they been taken?
