Publish Date: 2002-01-01
Features: To improve the technological level of China's mechatronics industry, promote technological advancement in enterprises, and meet the needs of scientific research and production development, the China Mechanical Engineering Society organized the revision of this manual in 1993, adding new content, removing outdated technical sections, and compressing content that is rarely used and already covered by corresponding standards in various industries. The revised manual primarily incorporates domestic production practices and research achievements, while also absorbing some new advanced experiences and technologies from abroad, making it more practical, scientific, advanced, and comprehensive. The manual is divided into three volumes: Volume 1 on Forging, Volume 2 on Stamping, and Volume 3 on Forging and Stamping Workshop Equipment. This volume is divided into nine parts, covering the preparation for forging (heating of raw materials for forging, mechanical analysis, friction and lubrication), free forging, drop forging, press forging, special forging, rotary forging, post-forging finishing and heat treatment, forging quality control, technical and economic analysis, safety technology and environmental protection, and numerical simulation and CAD.
