Features: This book takes the currently most popular MCS-51 series microcontroller in China as the subject of instruction, comprehensively describes its system structure, working principles, characteristics and composition of internal functional devices, as well as design techniques and methods for building microcontroller application systems. The book is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the organization structure and functions of the MCS-51 microcontroller. This includes the composition of the CPU and its related registers and control signals; the structure, types, and usage characteristics of memory; the structure, functions, and usage characteristics of I/O interfaces; the pins, clock, reset circuit, CPU timing, and the composition of the minimal system of the MCS-51 microcontroller. Chapter 2 introduces the instruction system of the MCS-51 microcontroller. First, the addressing modes of the MCS-51 microcontroller are presented, followed by a brief description of the assembly language instructions of the MCS-51 microcontroller classified by instruction function. Chapter 3 introduces the C language programming for the MCS-51 microcontroller. First, the data memory structure and addressing modes of the MCS-51 are introduced, as well as the assembly language instruction system of the MCS-51. On this basis, the C language programming for the MCS-51 microcontroller is emphasized, mainly introducing examples related to the MCS-51. Chapter 4 introduces the structure, functions, working modes, and related special function registers of the internal functional components of the MCS-51 microcontroller. The application programming of all these components is implemented using C language programs. Chapter 5 introduces the system expansion methods of the MCS-51 microcontroller. First, the tasks of system expansion are explained, including the bus structure of system expansion, which includes parallel buses and serial (I2C) buses. Next, the expansion methods of program memory and data memory are introduced. Finally, the characteristics of the forward and backward channels of the microcontroller application system, the composition structure of the data acquisition subsystem, and A/D conversion technology are introduced in detail, followed by the characteristics of the backward channel and D/A conversion technology, as well as the characteristics of the human-machine channel, LED digital display technology, and keyboard processing technology.
