Publishing Date: 2008-02-01
Features: This book focuses on introducing the budget of air conditioning engineering construction drawings, the review of construction technical documents, the construction and inspection acceptance of foundations, and basic installation knowledge of construction tools and materials. According to the installation characteristics of central air conditioning units, it systematically describes the installation of the refrigeration cycle system, the cooling water system and its equipment, the refrigerant water system and its equipment, the air system, the installation and debugging of the automatic control system, the debugging and operation management of the entire central air conditioning system, and the troubleshooting and maintenance methods of screw-compressor central air conditioning systems. To avoid repetition of content, when discussing the installation, debugging, operation management, and common maintenance issues of central air conditioning systems of other types of units, it primarily introduces the installation, debugging, operation management, and common maintenance methods of reciprocating air conditioning units, centrifugal air conditioning units, and lithium bromide absorption refrigeration units. It also covers water quality management of central air conditioning system circulation water and measures for pipeline cleaning and pre-waxing. The book is rich in content, illustrated with diagrams, easy to understand, and clearly demonstrates a shallow theoretical, heavy-practical approach. It is suitable for students and teachers in universities, colleges, and higher vocational and technical colleges, as well as engineering technicians and management personnel in the fields of refrigeration and air conditioning design, installation, debugging, maintenance, and operation management for reference.
[Preface] With the rapid development of China's national economy, central air conditioning units have been widely used in industrial, agricultural production, and daily life. To meet societal needs and improve the level of maintenance and operation management of central air conditioning units, the author has compiled this book based on years of experience in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning units. The book consists of six chapters, introducing the budget of air conditioning engineering construction drawings, the review of construction technical documents, the construction and inspection acceptance of foundations, and basic installation knowledge of construction tools and materials. According to the installation characteristics of central air conditioning units, it systematically describes the installation of the refrigeration cycle system, the cooling water system, the installation of its equipment, the refrigerant water system and its equipment, the air system, and the installation of the automatic control system. This book was co-authored by Sun Jianjun of Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology, of Zhengzhou University of Technology and Chemical Industry Vocational College, and Chen Jian of Henan Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College. Sun Jianjun wrote Chapters 1, 2, and 6; wrote the Preface, Chapters 3, and 4; and Chen Jian wrote Chapter 5. Associate Professor Sun Jianjun served as the chief editor, responsible for drafting the outline and compiling the entire book.
