Why do children always wet the bed recently?

Patient's question:

The child is five years old this year. When they were younger, they didn't wet the bed much. But since the second half of the year until now, they have been urinating in bed frequently. Over the past two days, they have been wetting the bed during naps at kindergarten. They don't wet the bed at night, only at school.
Past treatment history and effectiveness: None.
What kind of help do you hope to receive: I would like to ask what kind of condition this is.

Doctor's answer:

The child cannot transmit the signal of bladder fullness to the cerebral cortex as a normal person does when the bladder is full, and the detrusor muscle contracts when the bladder is filled to a certain extent. If the child still does not progress and urinates again, it is recommended that you encourage the child to have a negative mindset about bedwetting during the day and tell them to wake up immediately when they feel the urge to urinate. This can be gradually corrected.
