Why do children always wet the bed recently?

Patient's question:

The child is five years old this year. When they were younger, they didn't wet the bed much. But since the second half of the year until now, they've been wetting the bed frequently, especially during naps at kindergarten these last couple of days. They don't wet the bed at night, only at school.
Previous treatment and effectiveness:
There has been no specific treatment mentioned.
Help desired:
I would like to ask what kind of condition this might be.

Doctor's answer:

The child cannot transmit the signal of bladder fullness to the cerebral cortex as a normal person does when the bladder is full, which leads to the detrusor muscle contracting after the bladder reaches a certain limit. If the child still does not progress and urinates again, it is recommended that you encourage the child to have a negative mindset about bedwetting during the day and tell them to wake up immediately when they feel the urge to urinate. This can be gradually corrected.
