Features: Basic Economic Applied Mathematics is a required course for finance, economics, and management majors. However, certain content in this course can be challenging for some readers, especially self-learners, due to difficulties in understanding certain concepts or mastering computational skills. As a result, many readers have requested reference books for learning this course. In response to this demand, we have written this book. It can serve as a "teaching reference" for instructors teaching the course, a "study and exam guide" for undergraduate students and candidates taking self-study exams, a "study guide" for working finance and economics professionals seeking self-improvement or aiming to apply for postgraduate programs in finance and economics, and also as a "review guide" for teaching assistance classes preparing for exams. The book is primarily based on the textbook Basic Economic Applied Mathematics (I) Calculus, edited by Zhao Shu, published by the China Renmin University Press, while also incorporating content from other similar textbooks. Therefore, it can be used as a reference book regardless of which textbook is being used.
