Publish Date: 2003-06-01
Features: Although the provisions organized and summarized by us are easier to understand and remember, and their operability is correspondingly enhanced, they may still hold some reference value for the revision of future criminal legislation and the adjudication of individual cases by judicial authorities. However, this book has absolutely no intention of making arbitrary comments on national legislation or authorized interpretations. We trust that this will be well understood! Any use of the provisions and explanations organized and simplified by the author of this book must, in the spirit of protecting copyright, clearly indicate the source. Furthermore, any use that does not fall under the reasonable use provisions stipulated by the National Copyright Law must obtain the authorization of both the author of this book and Peking University Press. This book is entirely intended to help those preparing for the judicial examination to more easily understand, master, and memorize the extensive criminal legislation (Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law) and related authorized interpretations of our country. After a long period of collection, research, and organization, it has been compiled. Not only have "crime names" been added in parentheses to many criminal provisions, but the legislative citations and authorized interpretations of different authorities for many provisions have been simplified and integrated, with a significant amount of repetitive content removed. We sincerely request that readers do not mistakenly treat the provisions organized and summarized by us as official expressions of national legislation and use them in formal legal documents.
