Features: Starting from the dissemination of concepts and market cultivation several years ago, ERP and CRM have developed significantly in China. To date, numerous typical implementation cases have emerged. Regardless of whether the projects succeeded or failed, these "pioneer cases" will have a significant impact on the transformation of corporate management models, the planning of information systems, and the adjustment of business processes. However, in-depth analyses of these "pioneer cases" remain scarce, with most available resources being promotional "news reports" from software vendors. To meet the needs of business school faculty and students for research and teaching on domestic enterprise informatization applications, as well as to provide references for companies planning or currently implementing information systems, the author spent nearly half a year visiting over 20 domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in nearly 15 cities across Northern, Eastern, and Southern China. Through in-depth investigations into the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other projects, the author compiled this book featuring 20 cases titled ERP and CRM Enterprise Implementation Cases. The cases included in this book are highly timely, covering projects such as ERP systems, CRM systems, centralized financial management information systems, and HR systems. The "whiteboard" recording method presents the actual implementation processes of these projects to readers. These features make the book an excellent reference for researchers, corporate managers, and others to understand the current state of enterprise informatization in China, identify problems, and learn from experience. The target readers of this book include: corporate managers and IT professionals interested in ERP and CRM, MBA students, middle-to-senior-level management trainees, graduate students, and senior undergraduate students.
