During the writing process, a large number of domestic and international related materials were referenced, multiple revisions were made with great effort, all mine accident cases were investigated and analyzed, and combined with the current state of domestic mines, the book comprehensively and systematically elaborates on mine safety management, safety evaluation methods and calculation procedures, as well as the prevention and handling of mine safety accidents. It strives to reduce and eliminate accidents, identify hazards, and plug loopholes, achieving "preventing minor issues from escalating" and "preventing disasters before they happen" to eliminate accidents in their early stages, ensuring that laborers work under safe conditions, prioritizing development of economic benefits over safety.
