What should I do if my child has a cold and cough?

Patient's question:

The child has a light runny nose for over a month, with cold and cough. How should I handle the child's cold and cough?

Doctor's answer:

Using bronchitis vaccine, it is generally recommended to start administration before the onset of the season, with subcutaneous injections once a week. The dosage begins at 0.1ml, increasing by 0.1–0.2ml each time until a maintenance dose of 0.5–1.0ml is reached. If effective, it should be used consistently for 1–2 years.
Nucleic acid tyrosine injection (culture fluid of measles virus vaccine) is administered via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection twice a week, with a dose of 2–4ml per injection. Alternatively, BCG vaccine injection can be given intramuscularly three times a week, with a dose of 1ml per injection (containing 0.5mg of BCG extract). When used before the onset of the season, it can be continued for 3 months to reduce the incidence of colds and chronic bronchitis.
Biostim (a glycoprotein extract from Klebsiella pneumoniae)
