What are the dietary methods for infant diarrhea?

Patient's question:

My daughter is one year and four months old. She has had multiple episodes of diarrhea. Both injections and medications have been ineffective. Sometimes it's said to be enteritis, and sometimes it's called autumnal diarrhea. It has started again now. Multiple treatments have failed to stop the diarrhea. The medications used are Smecta and Bebentol. What should I do now?? Urgent!!! Urgent!!! Urgent!!!
: Stool examination shows mild enteritis

Doctor's answer:

I. Food Therapy for Dysentery of the Spleen-Stomach Type
Symptoms: The baby exhibits abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and restlessness before having diarrhea. The stool is foul-smelling and contains undigested milk curds, with a reduced appetite and bad breath. This type is more common in babies who have diarrhea accompanied by poor digestion.
Food Therapy Recipes:
Apple Soup: Wash one apple, chop it with the skin on, add 250 ml of water, and a small amount of salt. Boil the mixture and drink it like tea.
If the baby is over one year old, they can eat apple puree.
Hawthorn and Malt Drink: Take 30 grams of hawthorn, 30 grams of roasted malt, and 15 grams of brown sugar. First, gently roast the hawthorn and malt over low heat until slightly charred. Remove from heat, mix with a small amount of wine, then return to the heat and roast until dry. Add 200 ml of water, simmer for 15 minutes, remove the solids, add brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Let it cool slightly and divide into several servings for consumption.
II. Food Therapy for Wind-Cold Type Dysentery
Symptoms: The baby’s stool is thin, foamy, pale, and has a weak odor. There may be abdominal rumbling and pain, or accompanied by fever. This type is more common in the early stages of diarrhea.
Food Therapy Recipes:
Ginger Tea: Take 10 grams of ginger and 3 grams of tea leaves. Boil the water, add a small amount of brown sugar, and drink it like tea.
Glutinous Rice, White Atractylodes, and Atractylodes Rhizome Congee: Take 30 grams of glutinous rice, 12 grams of white atractylodes, and 6 grams of atractylodes rhizome. First, lightly roast the glutinous rice. Boil white atractylodes and atractylodes rhizome in water for 15 minutes, remove the solids, and add the glutinous rice to cook into congee for consumption.
