Features: "Natural Resources and Environmental Economics" this textbook has been adopted by universities in at least 20 countries, and is an excellent research monograph and textbook in environmental economics. Compared to domestic and foreign monographs or textbooks, this book is indeed more scientific, comprehensive, and specialized. It includes scientific content that has not been incorporated into other works. What is even more valuable is that the disciplinary system design of this book is more logical: first, it treats sustainable development as the theoretical foundation of sustainable development and prioritizes the discussion of environmental ethics under the concept of sustainability. We have not found this point in many other works; second, on this basis, it also discusses some important theoretical and methodological issues or major environmental economic issues in environmental economics, such as economic efficiency, market failures, public policy, optimal use of environmental resources, forest issues, pollution control, international environmental economics, environmental value, environmental accounting, and so on, thereby laying a solid theoretical foundation for designing and transitioning to sustainable development models. We believe that the scientific level of this book is significantly higher than previous related works.
