Features: "Introduction to Enterprise Management" is a college textbook for liberal arts majors, which was organized and written by the former China Industrial Enterprise Management Education Research Association (now China Enterprise Management Research Association) based on the "Planning for College Financial and Economic Majors Textbooks" by the Ministry of Education. It was initiated by renowned economists Ma Hong and Jiang Yiwei. Since its trial use in 1980 and official publication in 1981, the textbook has been revised and reprinted multiple times, always striving to meet the learning needs of undergraduate and graduate students in business management at colleges and universities, as well as business managers, with updated content. Over the past 20 years since its publication, the textbook has consistently received praise from society and popularity among readers. Now, as humanity enters the 21st century, China joins the WTO, information technology is widely applied, and management theory and practice have also seen new developments. To adapt to these changes and the societal demand for cultivating high-quality management talent, we have once again revised and reprinted the textbook for the fifth time. The new edition incorporates the latest achievements in enterprise management development, making its content more updated, comprehensive, and practical than the 1998 version.
