Features: The "Fee and Fund Management Handbook" and "Fee and Fund Management Handbook (Continuation I)" edited successively by the General Department of the Ministry of Finance in 1996 and 1999 played a positive role in helping relevant parties understand and master the national fee and fund management policies, consciously resist various illegal fees, and strengthen social supervision. In accordance with the recent changes in national fee and fund management policies, at the request of relevant parties, we have compiled and organized the fee and fund management policies issued by the state from November 1999 to the end of December 2002, and compiled them into the "Fee and Fund Management Handbook (Continuation II)." This book is divided into nine parts: General, Tax and Fee Reform, Tax Policies, Combating Disorder and Reducing Burdens, Fee Management, Fee Items, Ticket Management, Fund Management, and Fund Management. It is edited by the General Department of the Ministry of Finance. Comrades Chen Yifang, Wang Qingjian, Guo Mei, Wei Yan, Li Haojian, and Jin Li participated in the collection, organization, and editing of relevant materials.
