Publish Date: 2001-10-20
Features: Everything unnatural within human vision is intentionally created by humans based on their needs, driven by their preferences and dislikes. The conscious creative activity that incorporates personal emotions into design is broadly defined as design. Design is essentially "expressing plans through symbols, which means representing the designer's intentions, concepts, and plans through visual graphics and symbols." The introduction of modern design theory in the 1980s had a profound impact on traditional Chinese design thinking. In the information age of the 21st century, it has grown increasingly important in the knowledge industry, closely connected with various fields and highly valued by modern people. This book aligns with the psychology and artistic cognitive patterns of teenagers, targeting the current examination scope of medium and higher-level art schools. It introduces the fundamental theories and methods of design in two-dimensional space in an easy-to-understand and relatively popular manner. Due to the authors' extensive practical experience in successful design, the illustrations are of high quality, and the guidance methods are scientific and practical. This book holds particularly significant practical value for students aspiring to major in design at art institutions.
