Among the total of 484 entries, 58 are newly added, 43 are significantly revised, and 80 are slightly revised, accounting for 12%, 9%, and 16.6% of the total number of entries, respectively. It systematically introduces knowledge related to power systems, especially modern large-scale power systems, and is coordinated with other volumes.
