Features: I admire Su Dongpo's optimistic, proactive, blameless, and fearless attitude toward life. Life, after all, is destined to end in tragedy, and it is always filled with suffering. Since we are bound to die, why bother with the inevitable sorrow and death? Enjoy life now, and make sure this "joy" is genuine. In other words, it is the tenderness of life's happiness. To say it is tender means to love oneself, regardless of whether others share the same feelings. If a person can support themselves, there is no reason to feel inferior or grieve for themselves. If a person never does anything cruel, unjust, or selfish, there is no major disaster. You mentioned your various moments of anger, hatred, or even sudden love and passion, which often occur in me as well. I see them as proof of my physical and mental health. A person without any emotions might as well not be alive! However, as the ancients said, "Let emotions rise, but let them stop at propriety." It is all about moderation. Sometimes, if they go a little beyond that, it probably doesn't matter much either. You say you pursue simplicity and a low profile. I think simplicity doesn't need to be pursued because the act of chasing or seeking will disrupt it. Of course, life requires effort and positivity, but as long as one can take gains and losses in stride, that is already simplicity.
