What should I do if the baby doesn't drink formula milk and doesn't like to drink water?

Patient's question:

Baby is three and a half months old. Since it was two and a half months, it hasn’t been eating formula milk. As soon as it’s held up with a bottle, it cries very hard and refuses to eat. It would rather sleep than eat. The same goes for water—white water, apple water, and orange water are all refused. There was even a time when it refused to eat any formula milk for eight consecutive hours. The baby is in good spirits, weighs 14 pounds, and is usually very well-behaved, except for being extremely fussy about drinking formula and water. Many methods have been tried—feeding with a bottle; feeding with a spoon; changing to a simulation nipple—all to no avail. Please help.
Additional question: The baby has three steps when dealing with a bottle: 1. It cries hard; 2. It uses its tongue.

Doctor's answer:

My baby has also had this situation before. My grandmother from the countryside helped me solve this problem. Now I will introduce it to you:
First, if you are still doing mixed feeding, please stop breastfeeding as soon as possible and feed only formula. Although stopping breastfeeding is not good, it is better than letting the child go hungry.
Second, when the baby is drowsy, you can put the bottle in her mouth and bring her head close to your body, just like breastfeeding.
