Features: As long as I'm under the bed, I can control the whole world! — Licensing has to fit an entire story into such a small square, which is indeed a challenge. For me, it has pushed me not only to make each daily story more complete but also more creative. — Charles M. Schulz "Although Schulz's Peanuts is defined as mainstream, a closer look reveals cynical and unconventional wit that resonates with the hearts of Americans and people around the world." — Time "He injected a completely new attitude into comics. He told us how sad children feel when they suffer rejection and failure, yet he made them laugh while talking." — Mort Walker (The madcap minty Patty takes her unreasonable temperament to the library. She aimlessly borrows books from the librarian, only to realize she forgot her library card, and foolishly asks, 'Can I use a travel pass?' That's not all—while everyone quietly reads, she suddenly starts singing an old song from World War II. Macy kindly reminds her to quiet down, and she boldly declares, 'I bet my song triggered a wave of memories!' Snoopy might be a writing genius, but when it comes to music and learning languages, he's a complete disaster. When Sloth plays the piano, Snoopy keeps falling asleep, infuriating Sloth, who then furiously plays Bach's fantasy, shaking him until he rolls around in the notes. In a dreamlike and surreal way, upon waking, he manages to pick up each scattered note and clumsily stack them together. Poor Sloth sighs at the pile of musical trash, while Snoopy happily departs! Although the beautiful French girl sparked his strong interest in learning French, when he encounters the masculine and feminine words, he gets dizzy and mutters, 'I give up!'
