Features: Hong Kong, also known as the Fragrant Harbor, enjoys world-class leading levels in transportation, tourism, housing, and leisure and entertainment, making it a renowned international financial center. Unfortunately, despite its reputation as the "Pearl of the Orient," Hong Kong covers less than 1,100 square kilometers, making it extremely expensive to live in with its limited space, often described as a "tiny dot on the map." Due to its unique geographical location, many housing buildings are either nestled against mountains or by the sea, or built on water, showcasing strong local characteristics. Hong Kong was ceded and leased to Britain for governance since 1842 until it regained sovereignty in 1997, during which time thousands of immigrants settled there. Out of preference, these immigrants used their talents to build comfortable and stylish homes with distinct foreign influences: American-style, European-style, or Spanish-inspired, creating this beautiful harbor that blends Eastern and Western cultures.
