Can leprosy and Japanese encephalitis vaccines be injected simultaneously?

Patient's question:

An 8-month-old infant received the leprosy and encephalitis vaccine on the 6th day, developed red rashes on their body. On the 7th day, they developed widespread red rashes accompanied by a high fever of 42°C. They went to the hospital and received Ramin, Cefotetan, Sodium, Xianping, and Vitamin C solvent injections. The fever subsided after 4 hours, but it returned to 41°C. They underwent enema twice, which showed no significant effect, and the rashes did not improve.

Doctor's answer:

Theoretically, the Japanese encephalitis vaccine and the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) combined vaccine can be administered simultaneously. However, whether single or combined vaccination, symptoms such as fatigue, low-grade fever, and poor appetite may occur in children after vaccination. There is individual variation, and the severity of symptoms differs. If there is no high fever, there should be no long-term sequelae. However, when a child is vaccinated with a single vaccine, the body may produce negative reactions, and administering two vaccines together will certainly exacerbate adverse reactions (excluding combined vaccines). However, vaccination stations typically follow this method for children. You can refer to the table below for the mandatory vaccination schedule (effective from March 1, 2006):
At birth: Hepatitis B vaccine (first dose), Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG)
1 month: Hepatitis B vaccine (second dose)
2 months: Polio vaccine (first dose)
3 months: Polio vaccine (second dose), DTP (first dose)
4 months: Polio vaccine (third dose), DTP (second dose)
5 months: DTP (third dose)
6 months: Hepatitis B vaccine (third dose), A (first dose)
8 months: Measles vaccine (first dose), Japanese encephalitis vaccine (non-live first and second doses), (live first dose)
9 months: A (second dose)
18 months: DTP (fourth dose), Measles vaccine (second dose)
2 years: Japanese encephalitis vaccine (non-live third dose), (live second dose)
3 years: A (third dose)
4 years: Polio vaccine (fourth dose)
6 years: Japanese encephalitis vaccine (non-live fourth dose), (live third dose), A (fourth dose), Purified DTP (first dose)
16 years: Purified DTP (second dose)
So my child Guoguo was vaccinated in the same way. He didn’t have any significant reactions, but it still depends on the child.
