Features: To better facilitate international freight transportation and improve the quality of international freight personnel, the book "International Freight English Correspondence" I compiled is finally presented to everyone. As is well known, 70% of the transportation volume in international freight is completed through sea transportation. Therefore, this book is specifically written to help everyone learn, understand, and master the correspondence between port agents, shipping agents, and settlement salespeople during the freight process, especially the port settlement and shipping company settlement handled by settlement salespeople. This book is a highly practical business guide. It is divided into twelve parts, all of which are commonly used English correspondences in international freight sales. For classification and easy reference, the letter examples are divided into three parts: letters to shipping companies, letters to port agents, and freight collection and payment. The content of the first two parts does not fully align with the current business division of our shipping company's settlement group and port dues settlement group. The letters to shipping companies include some of the business operations of the port dues settlement group, and vice versa.
