Finally, synthesizing existing theories, it proposes the systematic structure and system of competitive advantages in cross-border operations, analyzes the internal and external factors affecting these advantages, elaborates on the conflicting relationships that should be addressed in optimizing these factors, and thereby establishes a theoretical framework for the system of competitive advantages in cross-border operations. On this basis, it proposes ideas and measures for constructing competitive advantages in cross-border operations at various levels, tailored to the practical conditions of Chinese enterprises in cross-border operations.
