Features: Exams are the primary method for assessing examinees' knowledge levels. Based on the characteristics of medical education, scholars worldwide engaged in medical education research categorize cognitive domain objectives into three levels: recall, interpretation, and problem-solving. Recall-type questions involve directly recalling specific knowledge such as facts, concepts, principles, processes, methods, and terminology. These questions primarily test examinees' memory. Interpretation-type questions assess examinees' ability to comprehensively analyze multiple facts or a series of symptoms, signs, or test results. Problem-solving-type questions evaluate examinees' ability to apply understanding and interpret phenomena, synthesize analysis to draw correct judgments, and select appropriate next steps, primarily testing examinees' problem-solving skills. The testing content for these three levels of cognitive abilities is reflected in the various types of questions in this book. The book is organized by chapters, each divided into two parts: exercises and answers. In the answers, some marked with an asterisk () include annotations to help students understand the rationale behind the correct answers and gradually develop their ability to analyze and solve problems. The question types in this book include: multiple-choice questions (including A-type, B-type, C-type, K-type, and multiple-choice questions); fill-in-the-blank questions; term definitions; short-answer questions; and analytical questions.
