Features: This is an era where public opinion comes first, a society that values consumption, and a time when research is everywhere. This era demands that each of us masters the basic tools to understand others, recognize society, and seize business opportunities. This tool is research. In society, in the marketplace, and in interactions, relying solely on intuition will inevitably lead to by the market and society. Since this is an era where public opinion comes first, understanding public opinion through research is the fundamental duty of the government and civil servants. Public hearings are based on research. Superficial research is outdated. Providing professional research techniques is the requirement of the times. The emergence of a buyer's market in China has made consumers the gods. Understanding consumer needs, grasping market trends, improving service satisfaction, and expanding product market share are the essential strategies for businesses to win fierce market competition. Therefore, market research has flourished across China. As a basic tool for understanding society, seizing business opportunities, and knowing others, research is not only essential for government officials, market research personnel in enterprises, and professional researchers but also a compulsory course in China's colleges and universities. In modern society, research is becoming an essential literacy for the public; it is also growing into a booming industry. As a sociologist, I am willing to popularize sociological knowledge, including research knowledge, because the popularization of social science knowledge should be an important part of scientific popularization. As a sociologist, I also appreciate and support the efforts to industrialize research. Guo Qiang is a PhD student I supervised, and he is willing to spread and popularize research knowledge, as well as the practice of industrializing research knowledge, which I fully support. Compared to similar publications, I believe this series of books has several characteristics: First is refinement, as this book covers all aspects of research in detail. Second is operability, as reading this book allows you to apply and practice it in real-world scenarios, which gives it value and meaning. Additionally, this series includes many case studies, which is another feature. Learning from case studies is a key aspect of highlighting operability.
