Bronchopneumonia without coughing or runny nose still needs

Patient's question:

Doctor, my baby is now 63 days old. At 38 days, we found bronchopneumonia, and she stayed in the hospital for 5 days, receiving intravenous fluids and nebulization twice a day during that time. After returning home, we continued nebulization for another 18 days. Currently, she basically doesn't cough, and her nasal discharge has also almost disappeared. Do I still need to focus on nebulization, or could I replace 2ml of ipratropium bromide suspension with 2ml of normal saline to use in combination with budesonide suspension for my baby to inhale? Additionally, so far, we have only vaccinated her with the second dose of the hepatitis B vaccine. The BCG vaccine and the third dose of the hepatitis B vaccine should have been administered at one month of age, but they haven't been vaccinated yet. Will this have an impact?

Doctor's answer:

Staying in the hospital for five days, then coming home and undergoing for another 18 days—that’s already a long time. Since there are no symptoms now, there’s no need for further. It’s been more than two months and three days, and the child hasn’t received the BCG vaccine or the third dose of the hepatitis B vaccine, except for the polio vaccine at two months. This has caused some disruption for the child, at the very least, they can’t receive the protection of the vaccines. So, once they recover, it’s important to get them vaccinated as soon as possible.
