Features: This book collects 148 works of calligraphy from calligraphers across the country. These calligraphers are winners of various pen calligraphy competitions at national and provincial levels. The works exhibit diverse styles, showcasing the richness of the world of regular script. To facilitate readers' reference and learning, the book also includes 74 pieces of insights and experiences in calligraphy, all summaries of the authors' years of experience. Although they are very brief, they are highly enlightening. The shortcomings are that in some works, traditional and simplified characters coexist, and some even use variant characters. However, considering that the book is primarily intended for readers to practice calligraphy, these individual characters are not incorrect, so no changes were made, nor were they marked. Some insights on calligraphy also hold different views, such as some emphasizing the structure of characters, while others advocate focusing on the lines of characters. We believe there is no need to force uniformity in this regard, and readers can experience and understand it through practice.
