Part 1 (Chapters 1 to 4), after summarizing the main features of the aforementioned modeling and analysis method and emphasizing its standardized requirements, systematically elaborates on the methods for creating management decision models based on this approach and conducting analysis based on these models (including the dual-parameter break-even analysis method and the dual-parameter sensitivity analysis method, which have never been described in other relevant literature), as well as the Monte Carlo simulation techniques applied to solve management decision problems using this method; Part 2 (Chapters 5 to 7) introduces examples categorized into three major groups: those related to financial management, those related to production and marketing, and those belonging to other management fields.
