Why does the child say English letters when speaking

Patient's question:

Last year, my wife and I had a child, and now the child is one year old. Recently, I noticed that when my child talks to me, he says English letters. We haven't taught him any English. I feel very helpless and confused. What is going on here?
What kind of help do I need: My child is only one and a half years old and can already speak simple English. Will this affect his intelligence?

Doctor's answer:

It is recommended to implement the following pediatric examinations. Below are the technical instructions for reference:
When a child is between 2 to 4 months old, when adults first interact with them, or in a quiet environment, they can produce soft sounds, mostly throat sounds, such as "ah," "ee," or "oo." Occasional sounds and the sensory and throat body sensations they produce can bring pleasure to the child, which in turn encourages the child to repeat the sounds.
By the time the child is 6 to 8 months old, they can produce simple syllables and "dada," "mama," and similar babbling sounds, and they can also repeat simple syllables that adults make.
