Features: This book is one of the volumes in the "Shenjiang Medical Collection Continuation" series. The entire book consists of medical case studies, medical discussions and essays, postgraduate memoirs, and papers. Among them, medical case studies form the main content of the book, divided into four parts. Part 1 covers the Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology Department, including 13 disease types. Part 2 is the Surgery Department, the largest section in the medical case studies: it includes carbuncle (15 disease types), furuncle (12 disease types), scabies (6 disease types), lymphangitis (5 disease types), rock (3 disease types), and skin diseases, with supplementary prescriptions. Part 3 is the Internal and Paediatric Department, including 19 disease types. Part 4 is the Gynecology Department, with 7 disease types, each case followed by comments. Since three books—Selected Clinical Experiences of Zhang Zanchen, Essentials of Zhang Zanchen's Experience in Laryngology, and Selected Clinical Insights—have already been published previously, some cases may be repeated. However, considering that this book aims to reflect the academic thought characteristics and clinical treatment experiences of Mr. Zhang Zanchen throughout his life, some representative academic thoughts, papers, and typical cases have still been selected for inclusion, though they are mostly published for the first time.
