What's the matter with the baby shaking his head recently?

Patient's question:

Eight-month-old baby recently dislikes shaking his head, shaking it many times a day. In the first two months, he shook his head while lightly sleeping, causing his occipital hair to be worn out. Now, he doesn't shake his head during naps, and his hair has grown back, but he shakes it during the day. When it's time to nap, he shakes his head, and he also shakes it when listening to rhythmic songs. Sometimes, even while playing, he shakes his head a few times. At the hospital, the doctor said that as long as the baby's facial expression is normal when shaking his head, there is generally no problem. However, the baby hasn't been eating much recently, not even eating much of the rice powder supplement, and drinking very little formula milk. His appetite has decreased significantly compared to before. His spirits are still good, just like usual. I wonder if it's something to be concerned about?
