Speaking, eating, and laughing can all make your mouth. What's the reason?

Patient's question:

All is normal, just answering, smiling, eating dinner with a crooked mouth for 3 or 4 days. The previous treatment situation and effects: did not see any concern about what kind of assistance: Hello, what kind of disease is this, how to implement treatment

Doctor's answer:

As Bell's palsy often occurs suddenly, patients often believe they have a history of facial exposure to cold or strong wind, leading many to mistakenly attribute it to being caused by a "ghostly wind."
Medical Advice: Bell's palsy typically presents without any preceding symptoms. After onset, the affected facial muscles weaken, causing facial asymmetry. The affected side may again show disappearance of the nasolabial fold, drooping mouth corner, and drooling. When drinking or rinsing, liquid may leak from the corner of the mouth. The forehead furrows disappear, making it impossible to raise the eyebrows or frown. The upper eyelid cannot close, leading to tearing and potential conjunctivitis. Bubbling may occur when blowing out the cheeks, and speech may become slurred.
