The 21st century is an era of ecology and environmental protection. To preserve Earth, our only home, we must first protect wildlife. Animals and their natural environment together constitute the foundation of our survival. To prevent the hunting of wild animals in nature, in addition to legal protection, extensive special bird farming is the fundamental solution to this issue. And the farming of partridges is based on people's growing concerns for environmental protection and their own nutritional needs. To vigorously promote the promising career of partridge farming and to help our avoid unnecessary detours in practice, we have compiled this technical manual on partridge farming. We hope it can serve as a valuable assistant for, fellow practitioners, and relevant researchers, enabling us to collectively contribute to this great cause. At the same time, due to the relatively short history of special bird farming in China and the limited experience, some breeding techniques still need further refinement. However, to popularize and promote this promising and economically and socially beneficial industry, we are willing to do our best. If readers can gain some insights from this manual, I will feel greatly pleased.
