Features: The communication skills between teachers and others—students, parents, and administrative staff—directly impact the quality of their church and classroom management. This book explains the techniques and methods teachers need to cultivate students' cooperative attitudes, stimulate their learning motivation, hold effective parent-teacher meetings, and gain trust from colleagues and administrative personnel. T.E.T. is a breakthrough in the Traffic Education Training program of Dr. Thomas Gordon. Since 1967, this book has been praised by hundreds of thousands of teachers in many countries. T.E.T. is also used as a textbook for teacher training in many universities. In many schools, whether public or private, teachers and administrative staff consider it "very useful"—it reduces disciplinary problems in the classroom, fosters children's active participation in learning, provides teachers with more preparation time, and makes learning more fun and teaching more enjoyable.
Since stepping into this complex and vast world, we are inevitably faced with various life challenges, regardless of age or gender. Throughout our lives, we play different social roles—from innocent children to students in school, from cherished children to self-reliant adults. At each stage, we encounter different challenges. The "Top Life Training Series" introduces many ways to cope with life's challenges, selecting several representative social roles, including parents, teachers, doctors, leaders, and marketers.
Please do not confuse this series with general vocational training. If we regard "profession" as a social role, the philosophy conveyed in this series is to generalize and apply it to different stages of life, enabling us to excel in various roles at different times.
