Zhuge Tongyou Urban Life Comic Series--Bitter Girls (2)

Author: Zhu Degong

Publish Date: 2004-01-01
Features: Zhu Degong's "The Bitter Girls" is exceptionally well-drawn. Although centered on women, it covers a wide range of topics with abundant humor, satirizing marriage, "playfully teasing" women, exposing the awkwardness of gender relationships, and mocking the mother-in-law. It reveals the hidden "small emotions" of women in real life. Each panel is unique and full of wit. The intelligence and cleverness embedded in it, along with a touch of life's inevitable frustrations, leave a lingering aftertaste even after the laughter fades.
