Article 7: The Ministry of Finance of the State Council is responsible for national accounting work. The financial departments of people's governments at or above the county level manage accounting work within their respective administrative regions.
Article 8: The state implements unified accounting systems. The unified accounting systems are formulated and published by the Ministry of Finance of the State Council in accordance with this Law. Relevant departments of the State Council may, in accordance with this Law and the unified accounting systems, formulate specific measures or supplementary regulations for industries with special requirements in accounting and accounting supervision, and submit them to the Ministry of Finance of the State Council for review and approval. The General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army may, in accordance with this Law and the unified accounting systems, formulate specific measures for the implementation of the unified accounting systems in the armed forces, and submit them to the Ministry of Finance of the State Council for filing.
