Onset of illness: 11th

Previous treatment history and effectiveness: None
What kind of assistance would you like: Low white blood cells, what measures should be taken?
How can I deal with not having an appetite?

Doctor's answer:

It can be hereditary, familial, or acquired, with acquired cases being the majority. Drugs, radiation, infections, toxins, and other factors can all cause neutropenia, with drug-induced cases being the most common. If a blood test shows low white blood cell count during a fever, it is most likely a viral fever or a mycoplasma-induced fever, and it is definitely not a bacterial high fever. There is absolutely no need to take or administer antibiotics; antiviral medication should be taken instead. If the count returns to normal, there is nothing to worry about. However, if it remains below normal, it is important to focus on boosting the child's immunity.
