Rhabdomyosarcoma of the genitourinary and perinatal system may present with urinary tract obstruction, hematuria, and intestinal obstruction. Rhabdomyosarcoma of the limbs and trunk may present with spinal cord compression and neurological symptoms. Other locations of rhabdomyosarcoma may present with heart failure or arrhythmia. In addition to the primary site, rhabdomyosarcoma can metastasize to the lungs, bones, bone marrow, lymph nodes, brain, liver, and breast, leading to additional symptoms.
