Features: The "National Unified Installation Engineering Budget Quota" was officially promulgated and implemented nationwide in 2000. This book was compiled as an explanation to facilitate the implementation of the quota. To reflect the connotation of national quotas and clearly define the scope and content of national and industry quotas, this revision has canceled the more specialized volumes or parts of the original quota and retained the more general-purpose volumes and content, while also adding volumes and content that meet the needs of engineering construction development. The new quota is divided into twelve volumes and is applicable to installation engineering projects of various industrial and civil new construction and expansion projects. It includes revision principles, revision basis and reference materials, the content and project setup of the quota, the scope of application of this quota, the determination of quota consumption (labor, materials, machinery, instrument and equipment machine-hour), and engineering quantity calculation rules.
