Doctor's answer:

After the age of 3, if a child cannot control urination during the day or cannot wake up from a nap to urinate, it is called enuresis. The following factors are related: intergenerational genetic factors, deep sleep that is too profound, delayed maturation of bladder function, mental tension, and disease factors. Asymptomatic bacteriuria and hypercalciuria can also lead to enuresis. In treatment, it is important to minimize fluid intake before bedtime, encourage the child to urinate promptly, and help the child build confidence in overcoming bedwetting habits. Determine the child's approximate bedwetting time and wake them up before they wet the bed. If this is still ineffective, medication should be used in combination under the guidance of a doctor.
