Features: One day, while chatting with friends, the topic of healthy eating came up. My friend mentioned that people nowadays pay great attention to health, and many are working hard on their diet, such as eating less greasy food, using less oil when cooking, or even boiling food in water to avoid high cholesterol or obesity. However, eating only boiled food will definitely not taste good, affecting appetite and mood, which is quite contradictory. I think we are not sick, so there's no need to only eat unseasoned boiled or steamed food. Therefore, I decided to write this book, "Boiled Delicacies," hoping to help everyone. The term "boiled" does not mean all dishes are cooked in water. Instead, it refers to ingredients that were originally cooked using deep-frying, stir-frying, or frying methods, which are now treated with blanching or boiling. However, the garnish, sauce, or seasonings still need to be sautéed or cooked in oil, but the amount of oil used is very small. Moreover, you can choose high-quality and healthy cooking oils, such as olive oil, rapeseed oil, and so on. This way, you can keep yourself and your family healthy while still enjoying the deliciousness of the dishes, making everyone happy and at ease.
