Social individual

Features: This book explores the aspects involved in the concepts of "individual" and "social" in their contemporary forms, specifically discussing certain aspects of human beings. It provides tools for thinking about and observing people, some of which are quite novel. Talking about the social aspect of the individual is already unusual in itself. But perhaps this can help us break free from the outdated and more conventional uses of these two concepts. This conventional use often makes these two concepts appear as if they are completely opposed to each other, but [merely achieving] this is not enough. Freeing ourselves from the fixed understanding of these two concepts in the aforementioned sense is one of the tasks this book aims to accomplish. To truly complete this work, we must not be satisfied with a purely negative attitude—i.e., not simply critique the treatment of the individual and society as two opposing concepts—but in addition, establish a completely new model in terms of approach and methodology, so that the individual, regardless of how they are, is always part of an interconnected group, i.e., part of society.
