Features: Buying a house is not like shopping in a supermarket. Once you step through the door of the "supermarket" for commodity housing, every step holds significant knowledge. This book is not only an informative read but also a "legal opinion letter" for every issue a buyer is bound to encounter. The book primarily focuses on two crucial stages of the home-buying process—contract signing and property management—to provide preventive measures. In the chapter on how to sign a home purchase contract, the author, based on experience in representing buyers in contract signing and litigation, summarizes 15 key points that buyers should pay attention to when signing a purchase contract. It also teaches buyers the techniques they can use when drafting contract clauses for each point of attention, aiming to the shortcomings of the 《Commercial Housing Purchase Contract》 model text in protecting the interests of buyers while overcoming the drawbacks of other model contracts that developers cannot accept. In the property management chapter, the author clarifies common misconceptions in the field of property management and provides detailed analyses, exposing many "legal" illusions in reality. At the same time, the author uses ongoing cases to guide owners toward the fundamental legal solutions. The book also provides detailed introductions to homeowner associations, residential cooperatives, and the purchase of rural houses, intending to serve as a guide for those who aspire to establish homeowner associations, residential cooperatives, or plan to buy rural houses.
