The Story of Western Art

Author: Wen Pin Yuan
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2003-01-01
Features: This is a very interesting and easy-to-remember book on the history of Western art. The author uses clear and accessible language to outline the development of Western art from ancient Greece to the Renaissance, providing a vivid description of the lives and most representative works of the masters who changed Western art and even world art. As we navigate the long river of Western art, the immortal lives and extraordinary works of these masters have become an indispensable part of our common knowledge. Of course, no matter how detailed the language is, it cannot replace the charm of visual art. This regret can only be compensated for by "The Illustrated Atlas of Western Stories."
