The study of the relationship between human behavior and the social environment is one of the important foundations of the social work field. To effectively pursue their work, social workers must conduct scientific research on the behavioral changes resulting from changes in the social environment. This book consists of ten chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the basic concepts, fundamental relationships, and basic research methods of human behavior and the social environment; Chapter 2 introduces the basic theories of human behavior; Chapters 3 to 10, following the important stages of human life development, respectively introduce the relationship between the fetus, infants and young children, preschool children, school-age children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly with the social environment. This book can be used as a textbook for social work majors in universities and also as a reference for professionals engaged in social work management and practice.
