Features: The concept of "non-mainstream economists" is not strictly rigorous. This is mainly because some economic groups have long appeared in the public's view, forming an invisible symbolic team through monopolization and occupying the economic public forum for a long time. They influence and dominate the development trends and directions of the economy, naturally forming the habitual terminology of mainstream and non-mainstream. Economics must also gradually establish market competition mechanisms based on practical verification and coordinate social balanced development mechanisms. This book is a new discourse collection of several contemporary prominent figures who are habitually referred to as "non-mainstream economists." We should not be influenced by ideological restrictions and should, in the spirit of academic exchange, give basic respect to the research achievements of these economists from the economic field who are concerned with comprehensive social development. They are: Yang Fan, professor of economics at China University of Political Science and Law; Zuo Dapeng, researcher at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Han Deqiang, professor at Beihang University; Yang Bin, researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; and Lu Zhoulai, researcher at the Chinese Academy of Military Sciences.
