Features: The new "competency-centered" education model replaces the traditional "knowledge-centered" model. This is a crucial issue for clinical instructors in delivering high-quality, practical nursing talent to society, and it meets the need for China to align with international nursing standards after joining the WTO. This book provides a detailed introduction to nursing clinical teaching management, graduation internship outlines and teaching plans, nursing teaching rounds, nursing management internships and teaching, nursing research and graduation thesis writing, holistic nursing teaching, nursing case documentation, and nursing law. Particularly in line with the training objectives of nursing undergraduates, it focuses on discussions on "nursing management internships and teaching," "nursing research and graduation thesis writing," and holistic nursing teaching. Specific examples are used to illustrate different clinical nursing teaching round models. At the same time, considering the growing legal awareness of patients, the number of lawsuits involving nursing work has been on the rise. Especially in the Supreme People's Court's "Provisions on Several Issues Concerning Evidence in Civil Litigation," to protect the interests of vulnerable groups, a "reversed burden of proof" was implemented starting April 1, 2002. The relationship between nursing and law has become increasingly close. Therefore, the author has collected common legal issues encountered in clinical practice and referred to extensive literature to elaborate on nursing and law in the final chapters of the book, aiming to raise the awareness of nursing students and nurses and prevent problems before they occur. This book combines the teaching implementation plan of the author's institution and years of rich clinical teaching experience, highlighting teaching characteristics and grasping key points, explaining them in a clear and accessible manner. The book is systematic, comprehensive, practical, and focused, making it an invaluable reference for all nursing professionals, especially clinical instructors and nursing students.
