Features: The title of this book is determined as "The Reform and Change of Commercial Law and Economic Law" because most of the papers included in this collection were written against the background of the reform of commercial law and economic law. This collection gathers my main research achievements in the fields of general commercial law, company law, basic theory of economic law, and competition law. "The Reform and Change of Commercial Law and Economic Law" compiles papers on commercial law and economic law, but it does not mean that I regard commercial law and economic law as the same discipline. I can clearly state that commercial law and economic law are two legal departments in the Chinese legal system, and commercial law and economics are two independent legal disciplines.
