2. The next morning, he had diarrhea again. Around noon, he had about 10 episodes of diarrhea in two hours. He was given Peifekang, Simethicone, steamed apples, and light salt water, and applied Dinggui'er abdominal patches. He had diarrhea twice in the afternoon.
3. On the third day, he had no appetite for food, and had three bowel movements during the day, and in the evening.

Doctor's answer:

2-month-old babies have delicate stomachs and intestines. Breast milk cannot be even slightly cold, as eating slightly cold foods can cause the baby to have diarrhea. Pay attention to nutritional balance and a well-balanced diet. Boiling millet porridge to drink is beneficial for the child, as it can regulate the baby's digestive function. The millet oil extracted from the porridge can be given to the baby to nourish the stomach and intestines, strengthen the body, and enhance immunity. Additionally, massaging the abdomen in a counterclockwise direction can also help stop diarrhea.
When a baby has diarrhea, it worries the mother greatly. The mother can start by adjusting the diet to alleviate the baby's condition through food. If the baby has diarrhea without significant vomiting, the mother can give the baby some easily digestible foods such as (jiāo mǐ tāng -), carrot soup, porridge, soft noodles, and leafy vegetables to help ease the symptoms and speed up recovery.
